In 2012, we made a successful application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority to obtain a Licence to trade as an ABS and with effect from 1 January 2013 we became a firm of solicitors, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We are proud that we were the first multi-disciplinary organisation to be awarded an ABS licence in the UK.

Pre-sales Services
To enquire about a freeholder or leaseholder Information Pack for a Block or estate managed by an Anthem Management group company, please email pre.sales@anthemmangagment.co.uk.
Post-sales Completion Services
To enquire about post-sales requirements such as the receipting of notices of assignment and mortgage, deeds of covenant and compliance certificates, please email post.sales@anthemmanagment.co.uk.
From 1st May 2024 Allsquare Law will stop dealing with post-sales matters relating to Information Pack it had previously issued and buyers’ conveyancers must email post.sales@anthemmanagment.co.uk to ask for its requirements to deal with the same. Any funds received by Allsquare Law after this date will be returned to their source.
