We are part of the QDime Group of Companies starting our life as an In-House Debt Recovery department to Hazelvine Limited, looking after service charge and ground rent recovery. There are three focuses
- DEBT RECOVERY
- LITIGATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- PROPERTY LAW (e.g. Leases, Property & Neighbour Disputes, Management Agreements, Landlord & Tenant)
Our Legal Support Team also deal heavily in the administration of Sales Information Packs, Post Completion Statements and Compliance Certificates for our clients who deal in Property Management.

Part time Bookkeeper
Job Spec
- This crucial role requires a confident, efficient bookkeeper who is fully conversant with the Solicitors Account Rules & Regulations governing legal accounting practices.
- Managing transactions on a day to day basis, this role requires meticulous accuracy and an ability to work to daily deadlines.

Solicitor
Job Spec
- Ideally a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE but applications will be considered from those with alternative relevant qualifications or who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience
- Experience in a broad range of matters considered ideally to include property, landlord and tenant and insolvency regime, processes and legislation.
- Experience of advising on contentious issues, dispute resolution and Court proceedings
- Solid business acumen along with an understanding of financial business matters an advantage
