Andrew is a highly experienced lawyer and advocate, with a strong business acumen backed by an MBA. Andrew is our new Head of Legal and oversees the property and dispute resolution lawyers. Andrew’s experiences lie in his commercial astuteness and his amenable, yet firm approach to alternative dispute resolution and litigation. As our COLP, Andrew manages the Group’s compliance.
Andrew built a 3 office regional firm from scratch within 8 years previously, and has handled governmental tendering processes and has influenced financial institutions, accountants, senior judiciary and the Legal Aid Agency steering groups. Allsquare Law and the Qdime Group are extremely privileged to have Andrew on board as he continues to innovate the world of the alternative business structure.

Andy Goater
Operations Director
Andy is Allsquare Law’s Head of Recovery and Operations Director. Andy has worked in the area of debt recovery for over 20 years and has worked with this firm for 18 years, having been trained in investigative and tracing procedures. Andy’s biggest achievement to date has been overseeing Allsquare Law from an in-house DCA (Debt Collection Agency within a firm of Property Managing Agents), to a firm of solicitors, regulated by the SRA.
As our Operations Director, Andy oversees complex debt collection case, together with enforcement. Andy is proud that he and the team treat all clients as individuals – listening and guiding them to a solution which meets their needs. Andy has the discretion and professionalism to take each matter forward with his experience of dealing with the courts and guiding his clients through the process.
